Grapes: Sangiovese 50%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%

Vinification and Maturation: After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented separate in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 23-25°, with 10 days of skins maceration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred into new French oak barrels for 18 months. Before release the wine is aged in bottle for at least 6 months

Colour: Deep ruby red

Smell: Rich and complex, with balsamic notes. Well balanced with red berries and spies

Flavor: Wine of a great body and structure. Rich and silky tannins are well balanced by fresh notes

Food combinations: Cheese, roasted game and red meats

Serving temperature: Serve at 18°C. (64°F.)
