Production area: Central Tuscany

Grapes: Vermentino, Malvasia and Trebbiano

Vinification and Maturation: Vinification takes place after delicate crushing of the grapes. The must ferment at a control temperature of 12-14 C° in order to preserve all the delicate aromas and flavors of those white varieties.

Colour: Straw yellow

Smell: Floral with a hint of bananas and pineapple

Flavor: Dry and fresh, with nice body clean finish

Food combinations: Ideal with appetizers, vegetables and fish

Serving temperature: Serve at 10°C. (51°F.)
