Vinification and Maturation: Vinification take place after delicate pressing of the grapes. Maceration on the skins for 1-2 weeks. 9 months aging in French barriques

Colour: Intense ruby red

Smell: Elegant with red berry aroma and delicate hints of vanilla

Flavor: Great body with good tannins with a long and persistent finish.

Food combinations: Ideal with steak, lamb, seasoned cheese and savory pasta dishes.

Serving temperature: Serve at 18°C. (64°F.)
